This Website (“Website”) is operated by AdvertiseUp on behalf of MY SECRET (“My Secret”, “we”, “us”, “our”) — a French authentic lingerie and homewear brand founded in 1993.

My Secret is dedicated to creating timeless, confident designs that reflect the essence of feminine elegance.

2) Scope & agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern any purchase of products (“Products”) made on this Website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you intend to enter a binding contract with us under these Terms.

3) Your order

·       You can submit an order by clicking “Confirm Order” at checkout and completing all required information.

·       Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase and applicable delivery costs. This email represents our acceptance of your order.

·       In the event that a product becomes unavailable, you will be informed and any payment made will be fully refunded.

4) Prices & payment

·       All prices are shown in EGP for local orders and in the destination currency for international orders (where available).

·       Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders will be processed once payment authorization is confirmed.

5) Delivery

Coverage: We currently ship within Egypt and to selected international destinations.

Delivery charges (Egypt):

·       Orders below 999 EGP → 50 EGP shipping fee

·       Orders 999 EGP and above → Free shipping

Delivery charges (International):

·       Orders below 250 USD → 20 USD shipping fee

·       Orders 250 USD and above → Free shipping

Delivery timeframes:

·       Egypt: 5–7 business days

·       International: 12–14 business days

If unforeseen circumstances delay your order, we’ll contact you promptly with an updated delivery estimate.

Risk & ownership: Once your order is delivered, responsibility for the items passes to you. Ownership transfers upon full payment.

6) Returns & exchanges

You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are in original condition, unused, and have all tags attached.
Please note that exchanges and returns are available exclusively through our stores and not via the website.
